I love to see your ambition and curious if this works for those who suffered from an injury. First and foremost, you need to be cleared by your doctor before we can move forward. If you already have been cleared, then we can easily modify the exercises to maximize the benefits for you, individually.
This is a step-by-step online course that you will log into and learn from at your own pace. You’ll be able to log on anytime, from any device, and access your content wherever you are. Even though you will receive an eBook, The Strength Academy is so much more than an eBook or even a series of eBooks.
While most online programs will offer you a basic meal plan for you to follow, that MIGHT be based on your measurements so it's more accurate.
