Millions of people try to lose weight every year yet suffer from never hitting their weight-loss goals. Could this be from a metabolism disorder? We feel so much pressure to lose weight fast that too many people deal with yo-yo dieting and weight fluctuation, only to give up all hope and say, “Screw it, I quit!”

It’s awful how companies market pills to help you “lose weight fast”, Instagram celebrities endorse “anti-cellulite lotions”, and trainers who push supplements for “faster results”, all while they take a cut from the sales and never solving the real problem with metabolism disorder. So much for transparency!

Some call it “business”, but that’s not the type of business I want to be in!

You don’t think these offers would exist if people didn’t make money off them, right? So why do we continue to buy into the nonsense of a magic pill or a special wrap that will help us lose weight when we overlook our medical issues first?

On the other hand, we also have this idea that results come from pushing yourself so hard that you almost pass out and feel extremely sore for days. Which can cause a metabolism disorder also!

Isn’t there an easier way to lose weight fast other and how to eat less, than taking pills, starving yourself, or spending hours at the gym every day?

There is… if you reevaluate your definition of “fast”.

 

The Real Best Way to Lose Weight Fast & Fix Metabolism Disorder

There is one thing that will produce long-lasting and amazing results, and that’s consistency. Make the choice to change a single habit that’s keeping you from your goal and be consistent in striving for self-improvement.

Set a goal to do weight training for women exercises a set number of times a week, drink a certain amount of water every day, or include vegetables in all three daily meals. Be nicer to yourself and resolve to limit the negative self-talk! All this works towards resolving metabolism disorder.

The idea is to set a goal you can work toward every day, ideally for seven to ten days. By then, you’ll be halfway to creating a lifelong habit that will help you achieve your weight-loss goal!

So throw away your “fat-burning pills”, body wraps, and anything else that promises to help you lose weight fast. They more than likely aren’t healthy, and worse, they could cause long-term metabolic disorder that would prevent future weight loss. You only have one body, so treat it with care!
